Expert Speaker / Master Business Coach

THE ROLE:

As an Expert Speaker / Master Business Coach, you will be one of the public faces of the business. You will deliver high-impact training and coaching from the front of the room, engage live audiences, and drive commercial outcomes through confident on-stage offers.

This is a performance-driven role suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and who are comfortable combining delivery, influence and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, high-energy presentations to business owners and entrepreneurs
• Coach and inspire clients to take decisive action
• Confidently make offers and sell from stage to live audiences
• Adapt communication style to different audience types and experience levels
• Represent the company professionally at events across the UK
• Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of our training programmes

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience speaking, coaching or selling from stage
• Strong presentation and audience engagement skills
• Group influence, sales and closing capability
• Ability to motivate, challenge and coach individuals to results
• High-performance mindset with a results-driven approach
• Experience working with coaching and training organisations
